FULL EHR SET UP / REVAMP
No Refund Policy
1. Digital Product Policy
Due to the digital nature of this product and the immediate access granted upon delivery, no refunds will be issued once the template has been provided.
2. Usage Agreement Requirement
Completion of the Template Usage Agreement is a mandatory condition for delivery.

If you do not sign and submit the agreement within 7 calendar days of purchase, the template will not be delivered, and your purchase will be partially refunded at 50% of the original purchase price.

This partial refund reflects the administrative and platform processing time reserved for your order.
3. 24-Hour Grace Period
You may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided the template has not yet been delivered.

After 24 hours, or once the template has been emailed, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances.
